Prior to joining Spectra, Shuang held key engineering roles at TransUnion and Telo, where he pioneered innovative authentication platforms and transformed telecommunication security protocols. His expertise in enterprise-scale system architecture directly supports Spectra's mission to build the industry's most sophisticated commercial real estate lending platform. At TransUnion, Shuang established a track record of designing and implementing robust solutions that enhanced security and scalability across major telecommunications systems. Working alongside CTO Jason Rudder, Shuang plays an integral role in advancing Spectra's technological capabilities, with a particular focus on enhancing the firm's loan origination platform and expanding its digital infrastructure. His deep technical expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions strengthens Spectra's position at the intersection of commercial real estate finance and technological innovation.
