Justin Kline serves as an Underwriting Analyst and member of Spectra Capital's Credit Committee, where he evaluates commercial real estate lending opportunities across diverse asset classes. Prior to joining Spectra, Mr. Kline was Vice President of Investments at Legacy Investing, LLC, where he expanded the firm's assets under management by 61% and oversaw $367 million in transactions across 15 property dispositions. Earlier in his career, he held Vice President roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International, managing transactions valued at over $140 million across data centers, industrial properties, and mixed-use developments. Mr. Kline is also Managing Partner of Schenley Investments, LLC. At Spectra, Mr. Kline applies his expertise in financial modeling and underwriting to support the firm's disciplined credit analysis and risk management framework.
