Fahd Mulawwah serves as Asset Manager at Spectra Lending, where he oversees portfolio and asset management. Prior to joining Spectra, Fahd directed BTR/Multifamily acquisitions at Indelible Capital Partners, where he led joint venture equity investments. Fahd brings deep expertise in institutional single-family rental (SFR), build-to-rent (BTR), and multifamily acquisitions, with a career transaction record exceeding $3 billion. He has executed over $2 billion in investments across institutional SFR and BTR strategies, specializing in portfolio construction, risk management, and joint venture equity structuring. Previously, Fahd oversaw capital deployment at a leading institutional SFR platform, where he directed an additional $2 billion in transaction volume. At Spectra Lending, Fahd drives portfolio management and asset recovery through disciplined capital management and structured workout strategies. Fahd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Risk Management from the University of Houston and resides in Houston, TX.
