Drew Jenkins is Special Counsel at Spectra Capital. Mr. Jenkins is the founder of Maple Bridge Law and owner of Jenkins Title, LLC. His practice focuses on complex real estate and corporate transactions, with particular expertise in cross-border investments and specialized lending structures. Mr. Jenkins' representative experience includes lender counsel on a $79.2M EB-5 manufacturing project secured by a third-position mortgage as part of a $1B development in Georgia; structuring a $32.8M acquisition and development loan utilizing EB-5 and bridge financing; and representing a lender in a $5M construction cost-overrun loan subordinating a $75M existing loan financed with public bonds. He has also guided international clients through substantial U.S. acquisitions, including a $20M factory purchase encompassing equipment, inventory, and working capital. His practice extends to both borrower and lender representation across residential and mixed-use subdivision developments, SBA lending, conventional financing, and private credit transactions.
