Daniel Perez is the Principal Software Engineer at Spectra Capital. Mr. Perez brings over 15 years of full-stack engineering expertise, specializing in scaling revenue-driving platforms and translating business vision into technical execution. Prior to joining Spectra, Mr. Perez served as Staff Software Engineer at Red Ventures, where he architected Bankrate's mortgage, home-equity, and real estate platforms. His technical leadership resulted in a lead-routing and billing platform processing hundreds of thousands of borrower inquiries monthly, generating millions in real-time revenue. He conceived and launched Bankrate's Real Estate vertical, which achieved multimillion-dollar annual revenue in its first year. Previously, Mr. Perez led engineering initiatives at CDK Global, where he architected a platform for automotive dealerships across multiple US markets. At Spectra, Mr. Perez leads architecture and development across the firm's proprietary technology platforms, including the Loan Application Platform and Portfolio Analytics dashboards. His expertise in cloud infrastructure and scalable system design supports Spectra's continued growth in the commercial real estate debt market.
