Mr. Lawrence is the Co-Founder and Chief Administrative Officer of Spectra Capital. Prior to co-founding Spectra, he practiced as a corporate and real estate attorney at several leading firms in the Southeast, including Adams and Reese (Partner), Balch & Bingham (Partner), and Morris, Manning & Martin LLP (Of Counsel). His representative experience includes borrower counsel on a $45 million hotel portfolio credit facility; acquisition and borrower representation on a $75 million ground-up multifamily development; representation of Telo in its sale transaction; lender counsel on both conventional and private credit loan originations; and advising investors and sponsors on fund formation and real estate syndication structures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lawrence served as Assistant Vice President at Cadence Bank, where he worked closely with the firm's private equity partners at Sageview Capital.
