Our Team

Chase Corbin comes from a background in real estate asset management and development firms, primarily focused on commercial and multifamily asset classes. Prior to joining the Spectra team in January 2024, Mr. Corbin managed real estate portfolios in excess of $500 million in assets across more than 20 states and has also been extensively involved in the development and renovation of large-scale real estate projects. He has managed both open-end and closed-end funds alongside his prior positions and has years of experience with complex financial statement preparation, portfolio reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
