María Ramos-Morales serves as Senior Software Engineer at Spectra Capital, where she plays a pivotal role in developing the firm’s proprietary lending technology platforms. With advanced degrees in computer science and specialized expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, María leads the implementation of sophisticated analytics solutions that enhance Spectra’s deal sourcing and risk assessment capabilities. Her extensive background in full-stack development and scalable applications directly supports Spectra’s mission to build the industry’s most advanced lending platform.
Prior to joining Spectra, María established a track record of delivering transformative technology solutions, with particular focus on deep learning applications and advanced AI architectures. She brings proven expertise in developing discriminative and generative AI models that drive business value. Working closely with CTO Jason Rudder, María helps lead Spectra’s technology innovation initiatives, focusing on creating next-generation lending solutions that strengthen the firm’s competitive advantage in commercial real estate finance.
